You're not motivated to take the right path through life because you don't feel one way or the other about the different options that are available.

I think anybody can do it. Anybody who's basically healthy, if they only wanted to, which is the key, could actually do it. So it's just a really interesting exercise.

You get the sense that the whole world is actually a construction of stuff in your brain. And as you get older, little things drop out and various people die, and you're unable to do things. And eventually, you lose the whole world. So rather than thinking of death as we normally do, as the world loses you, the neuroscience perspective is the inverse, which is you lose the world. So you have like, you know, a couple of decades left, and then you're going to lose everything. And that's coming. So live it up.
